Please be aware that no
changes to your booking details are allowed whatsoever once
your booking has been completed. You are strongly advised
to review all the details of your booking before
clicking the button which will charge your credit card. |

|
|
Baggage |
|
|
Each passenger has an onboard baggage
allowance of a small carry on bag that can fit comfortably
either under your seat or in the small overhead luggage racks.
Please advise in advance if you want to store your
wheelchair, scooter, etc in the luggage hold so we can be
prepared.
If
you leave your personal belongings/valuables/shopping on
board the coach unattended you do so
at your own risk. eCoach will not be held liable for any
lost, stolen or mislaid items.
Luggage must be stored carefully where it cannot fall or
move suddenly or block the aisle/passageway for any
passenger.
No items of luggage that may cause harm or danger to any
member of the public is allowed on the coach. This will be
confiscated before boarding and will be returned only at the
discretion of the driver. |

Boarding Times and points
(Departing) |
|
|
|
You are required to be at your
departure point at least 10 minutes before the stated
departure time on your eTicket. You must be at the exact
location on the exact date as stated on your
eTicket. No changes to any of the details on your eTicket
are allowed. If you are late and the coach has departed no
refunds will be issued or compensation granted for any
losses incurred |

Boarding Times and points
(Returning) |
|
|
|
Your driver/guide will advise what
time you will be required to be back at the coach at each
leg of the journey. Do not be late as the coach will
not wait. |

|
|
Safety |
|
|
All passengers are required to
wear their seat belt (where fitted) and remain seated at all
times while the vehicle is in motion.
Passengers must board and alight the coach in an orderly
manner.
Passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a
competent
adult.
Passengers who do not comply with these basic safety
requirements may be ejected without notice. No refunds or
compensation will be granted should this happen. |

Bus Rules |
|
|
Alcohol consumption is
strictly forbidden on board or near the coach.
Smoking is strictly forbidden on board or around the coach.
No take away meals or dairy products are allowed on the
coach.
All passengers are responsible for their own waste and must
remove it from the coach and dispose of it carefully.
Any damage done to the coach must be paid for on the spot by the
offending person. The amount payable will be at the
discretion of the driver. Any unused part of this payment
will be refunded.
Stops will only be made at the specified locations.
Passengers who fail to comply with the above rules may be
ejected without notice. No refunds or compensation will be
granted should this happen. |
