Refunds & Cancellations

After completing your booking, you can demand a refund (less applicable booking fee) within 7 calendar days for any reason whatsoever. To qualify bookings must be made at least 14 days before the travel date in question.

If after the qualifying 7 days cooling period you should decide to cancel, no refund in full or part will be given unless your trip is considered cancelled*

* Tours will be considered cancelled only if the ship does not make it to port for any reason.

Please Note: We never cancel - ever! Even if only one person is booked on a full bus - the show still goes on.

If your Tour is cancelled then you will be refunded your amount paid less the applicable booking fee per person.

An example of this would be as follows:

Full ticket price per person -  EUR 30.00
Booking fee per person -       EUR   5.00

Amount refundable per person is EUR 25.00

Before you complete your booking you will be made aware of how much your booking fee will be.

No compensation will be paid for any other losses as a result of a cancellation.
