What happens if I miss the
coach? |
|
|
A - During the tour, the coach will not wait
beyond your allocated time as it is important to keep as tight to the
schedule as possible to be fair to all other passengers and your driver/guide
too.
If you are late you will miss the coach and will be left behind |

What happens if the coach
breaks down? |
|
|
|
A - It will be our top
priority to get you back to your ship no matter what happens. The plan
would be to supply a back up coach as fast as possible from the nearest
location to continue your tour with the minimum of disruption. Failing this we would organise a fleet of taxi's. Please be
assured that no expense would be spared to get you back to your ship on
time as we really do not want the extraordinary costs of catering for
the losses of a full coach of cruise line passengers. |

Who can I contact If I have a
problem on the day? |
|
|
|
A - Your driver/guide will
handle any problems you have on the day as he/she will have
sole responsibility over the coach and passengers and for getting you from
start to finish safely and on time. Your driver/guide will also know who to contact with any problems that may arise on route. |

How do I
complain |
|
|
A - All complaints must
be made in writing and can be sent by email or post. Please
give as much detail as possible stating your name, address
and contact details, the date and your booking ID with a
fair and accurate account of your complaint.
We promise to respond without undue delay.
