What Happens if eCoach does not fill a coach

Q - What Happens if eCoach does not  fill a coach
A -  Even if only one person books a seat on the coach, the tour will still go ahead. eCoach will never cancel and that's final.

Q - What happens if the Tour is cancelled?
A -  The only time a tour can be cancelled is when a cruise ship does not reach port for any reason. In this instance you will be refunded your full amount paid less the applicable booking fee per seat. You will be made aware of the applicable booking fee before you commit to making a booking.

No compensation will be paid for any other losses as a result of a cancellation

Please note: This is the only situation where a refund will be issued.

Q - What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
A - The only situation where we will issue refunds is when a tour is cancelled for which you have a seat(s) booked with eCoach. Please see the preceding Questions & Answer.

If you decide not to travel for which ever reason then no refund will be made under any circumstances.

Q - Can I give/trade my seat on the coach to a friend?
A - Yes. But if you are the person whose name appears on the eTicket (Lead passenger) it is important that you are contactable in the event of any dispute or error when boarding.

Q - Can I change my pick up point, date or venue?
A - No changes are allowed. No details can be altered as soon as you have completed your booking. Please be certain that all details are correct before completing your booking.

Q - How do I claim my refund?
A - Your refund can be requested by email or post.

Please include your unique booking ID or a copy of your eTicket. A cheque will be returned by post the next working day and will only be sent to the address you supplied when you made your booking. This is for security reasons.
