Q -
Where will my pick up point be
and at what time? |
|
|
A - Your pick up point will
be right by your ship. There may be a lot of coaches parked in this area
so keep an eye out for an eCoach rep. holding a sign. The eCoach sign
will also be displayed on the front screen of your coach.
Your departure time will be on your eTicket, but please board the coach
as early as possible so we can make a quick getaway and avoid the
crowds. |

Q -
What happens if I am running
late? |
|
|
A - If we see that there is a
delay or long lines getting off the ship then we will wait for a while.
Ordinarily the latest we will depart will be the official time on your
eTicket.
If your ship is late docking then our departure time will change
accordingly but please make your way to your coach without delay. |

Q -
Will I need a ticket to board
the coach? |
|
|
A - Yes.
For bookings
online, you will be presented with a booking confirmation
page with a unique booking ID. You will be required to print
this off as your eTicket to board the coach.
For bookings made over the phone you will need to write down
your booking details yourself. Our telesales rep will advise
you of what details need to be recorded.
One eTicket covers the number of people stated on the
booking |

Q -
Can I be picked up somewhere
different on route? |
|
|
|
A - No. You must be at
the correct departure point at the correct time and date
stated on your eTicket. No changes are allowed. |

Do I need personal ID to board
the coach? |
|
|
|
A - It is not
compulsory but it is recommended
that the lead passenger should bring some form of ID to prove he/she is the person
whose name is on the eTicket. |

Q -
Can I choose where I want to
sit? |
|
|
|
A - Seats are allocated
on a first come - first served basis. However we insist that
all passengers choose seats in such a way that other
passengers will be able to sit with their friends. It may be
necessary at times to move some people around to achieve this
whenever possible. |

Q - Can I travel with my friends
on a different coach? |
|
|
|
A - You can only travel
on the coach for which you have selected on your booking as
per the details on your eTicket. If your friends are on the
same tour but on a different coach, we will do our best to
place you together if at all possible and with the
co-operation of other passengers. This can be difficult as
boarding can be a busy time. |

Q -
What about wheelchair users? |
|
|
A - Unfortunately our
eCoach tour coaches do not have wheelchair accessibility.
We can however store wheelchairs/scooters in the luggage
hold if the user can make it on board on foot. In this
instance with prior notice we can reserve the fronts seats
of the coach for convenience.
We can supply wheelchair accessible mini-buses for small
private group tours. |
